You have 14 days to change your mind after the day of receiving of your item(s).

From the moment of cancellation of your order, you must return your purchase to us within 14 days.

You will be fully reimbursed for the purchase price including any reimbursement for the shipping costs.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving the returned item(s) in good order.

The costs for returning to KinkCoils will not be reimbursed unless we have made a mistake in sending (for example when we accidentally sent an unordered item).

If the item is damaged, we can pass on this depreciation of the item to you.

So handle the item(s) with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.

Return item(s)

If you want to return an unworn and undamaged item(s), please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Within 14 days after receiving your order, submit a return notification through the contact form on the website and download and print the return form here and fill it in.

You need this to return your item(s).

Step 2: Circle the item(s) you are returning on the packing list.

Please also briefly indicate on the packing list why you are returning the item(s).

Step 3: Pack the item(s) you want to return together with the packing list and the return form. As soon as we have received your item(s), it will be checked for damage.

If the item is undamaged and unworn, the purchase amount will be transferred to you immediately.

Exchange items

Do you want to exchange your item?

No problem, this is also possible within 14 days after receiving your order.

You can follow the steps above for this.

Clearly indicate on the return form what you want to exchange and which item and size  you want in return.

However, Returning the item(s) is at your own expense.

You always have the right to return your order within 14 days, unfortunately this is no longer possible after these 14 days.

Right of withdrawal

Do you want to use your right of withdrawal?

Then you can return your items within 14 days, please notify us through the contact form on the website.

You can download the withdrawal form here, print it out, fill it in and attach it to your items together with the return form, after that you can return everything in its original condition.

If the item is undamaged and unworn, the purchase amount will be transferred to you immediately.

Incorrect delivery address passed?

Accidentally passed on a wrong delivery address?

Please contact us by telephone as soon as possible, on telephone number

+31 6 18 83 03 27 (If you live outside The Netherlands, it is better to contact us by email) or via info@kinkcoils.com.

We will then try to change the order for you in time.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct address.

KinkCoils is not liable for the non-arrival of an order by giving an incorrect address.
