Delivery time & Shipping costs

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.

We try to ship orders placed on working days before 4 p.m.

However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer.

If we do not meet the delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices in the webshop do not include shipping costs.

If your place of residence is not listed and you are sure you want to order something, please contact us at info@kinkcoils.com so we can add it to the shipping list.

Delivery is through DHL (climate neutral) or POSTNL'S postman or parcel deliverer.

Germany - 3 business days

Belgium - 2 business days

France - 5 business days

Track & trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us  by e-mail so that you can track your package any time of the day.

Sometimes e-mails can end up in your junk e-mail, so pay close attention to this.
